Los hermanos latinoamericanos en Estados Unidos que se encuentran sin documentos, enfrentan la incertidumbre de ser o no aprobada la reforma migratoria que les garantice su estadía de manera legal. Ojalá así sea.

Se encuentra en el Congreso de Estados Unidos la propuesta de ley Border Security, Economic Opportunity and Immigration Modernization Act, una proposición significativa por dos aspectos fundamentales, en primera lugar por ser presentada de manera bipartidista, lo que significa que el debate en el Congreso será mesurado y con una alta probabilidad de ser aprobada.
